GlycoEra AG is a start-up biotech company specialized in the development of glycoengineered biologics and located in the biotech hub Zurich, Switzerland. With our CustomGlycan Platform we aim to unlock the power of glycan-mediated biology to develop novel biologics for a wide range of indications.

We are currently looking for a research associate with strong background in microbial and eukaryotic fermentation processes development to reinforce our team.

You have a proven track record in fermentation process development for various prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms.? You are experienced with statistical experimental design and have an advanced education in microbiology, cell biology, industrial fermentation development or equivalent and a strong practical and theoretical background in fermentation process development.? Job profile: Research Associate Fermentation

We are currently looking for a scientist or research associate with strong background in protein biochemistry and molecular biology to reinforce our team.

You have a proven track record in biochemistry, including protein purification, characterization and protein engineering. You are experienced with glycoproteins and antibody formats and have an advanced education in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, or equivalent and a strong practical and theoretical background in protein biochemistry and molecular biology. If you are a flexible, self-reliant and dutiful person willing to bring projects to success, we are eager to hearing from you.

Job profile: Scientist/ Research Associate Biochemistry

You will participate in a collaborative research project between industry and academia.
You have experience in cell culture and cell-based assays, including isolation and culture of primary cells such as human PBMCs. You have a practical and theoretical background in cell biology and immunology assays such as ELISA and flow cytometry. If you are a flexible, self-reliant, and dutiful person willing to participate in a very exciting project that you want to bring to success, we are eager to hear from you.

Job profile: Internship cellular and immunology assays

You are currently enrolled in an MSc program and/or hold a degree in biological sciences and have already acquired practical laboratory experience and theoretical background in molecular biology and biochemistry. You are interested in genetic engineering and its application to advance glycoengineered therapeutics to address unmet medical needs.
